As the smallest mistake my turn out to be crucial, on the racetrack, Spiess tunes its special attention to the quality. No part is installed before having been subjected to strict controls, no matter if it has been manufactured in-house or externally. The Spiess quality management executes its tasks according to the motto: "Test everything and use only the best".

At Spiess, they think in thousandths of a millimetre.

We work with a precision that high that it isn't visible for the human eye. Our fully air-conditioned measuring room features manifold measuring and testing options. Thanks to the high flexibility of the 3D coordinates measuring technology, work pieces of the most different kinds and sizes can be measured.

This device works highly precisely with a measuring uncertainty of very few micrometres. In addition to conventional CNC programming based on engineering drawings, you also can work with lodged CAD data and use these data for programming. By means of data sets, CNS programming and 'Should Be - Is' comparisons can be carried out in two and three dimensions respectively.
